Using AI to revolutionize the recruitment process. This is the idea of Golden Bees, founded in 2015 by Fariha, Sebastien, Saqab, and Jonathan. The Parisian company now gathers more than 50 employees, and is well-established in Europe.

 

Golden Bees makes the recruitment process easier for companies all around Europe

Golden Bees has flown outside French borders. Operating on a niche market, the company is the first programmatic recruitment solution in Europe. And its success on the continent shows this new solution was a necessity for a lot of companies, and not only in France.

Today, Golden Bees gathers a portfolio of 300 clients in more than 50 countries. Western Europe is the main market, and especially Benelux: Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxemburg. Countries they have chosen “for 2 reasons: the proximity and the maturity of these markets”.

The United Kingdom is a new market for them, and Fariha Shah is especially proud of it as they managed to achieve it in 2020: “In the midst of a pandemic, […] we decided to open up this market, and after 2 months, 2 new clients entered our portfolio.”

 

Golden Bees uses AI to develop human resources solutions

Golden Bees has introduced programmatic advertising in the recruitment process. This full range solution help companies to find qualified resume for their job offers, but it also helps candidates find their dream job more easily. In simple words, Golden Bees technology automatically put in touch job supply with candidates’ demand. It also improves companies’ sourcing and employer branding. A full range solution rewarded with many labels, including Bpifrance Excellence, and the French Tech Pass.

After 5 years, Golden Bees has developed 200 technologies, which permitted to advertise more than 300 million job offers on the internet. SNCF (The French national railway company), Société Générale, ING Direct, and many more trust the technologies developed by Fariha, Jonathan, and their collaborators.
