Plastitek is an industrial MidCap of 320 employees, specialized in moulds for plastic injection. Over the years they have succeeded in diversifying their solutions and produce nowadays moulds for pressurized aluminium smelter and for rubber injection. The automobile market represents three quarters of their activity. These past few years, they have developed new strategic markets such as the construction industry, the pharmaceutical sector, and the electric area.

A Northern France MidCap expanding worldwide

Born in the northern part of France six years ago, Plastitek, an industrial MidCap, wanted to develop business abroad. This MidCap bought a production site in Europe (Romania), in Asia, in North Africa (Morocco), and also further east in Turkey. According to Emmanuel Mauduit, the worldwide expansion doesn’t just happen, your teammates must be ready for an international adventure too.
