Bpifrance and its partners launch Nuclear Accelerator (Accélérateur nucléaire): A unique opportunity to support SMEs and Mid-caps growth in this sector
Bpifrance, in partnership with other players in the sector, has launched the Accélérateur Nucléaire to support 30 SMEs and ETIs in the nuclear sector. This 18-month programme offers personalised support, specialised training and networking opportunities to help companies grow and remain competitive in a rapidly changing international environment.

A study by Bpifrance shows that SME and ETI managers in France spend little time looking for inspiration, although they would like to spend more. They prefer face-to-face interaction and professional events to get new ideas, while using reading and social networks to keep abreast of market trends and challenges.

Bpifrance is extending its range of investment solutions for individual investors with « Bpifrance Entreprises Avenir 1 » (BEA1) and lowering the entry ticket to €1,000. The bank is enabling non-professional investors to invest indirectly alongside it and under the same conditions, by acquiring equity stakes, mainly in unlisted French and European companies. Following the successful fundraising of its first two funds dedicated to retail investors (Bpifrance Entreprises 1 – BE1 and Bpifrance Entreprises 2 – BE2), Bpifrance is taking a further step in providing access to an asset class traditionally reserved for professionals, enabling French private individuals to contribute to the financing of the real economy and thus support the growth of SMEs and ETIs.
