The training offer takes several forms:
In-person business seminars
The two-day seminars are designed in partnership with chosen business schools and address key business development topics (finance, international expansion, innovation, strategy, etc.). They provide an overview of the topic, offer some concrete theory, discuss practical and SME-specific issues, and review case studies.
 We are also developing seminars that will last two and a half days in partnership with major European universities:
• With the London School of Economics (LSE) on digital and marketing topics
• With the Technical University of Munich (TUM) on Industry 4.0 and digital topics
• With the Bocconi University (in Milan) on international expansion

Themed workshops on soft skills and morning conferences
The one-day themed workshops are held in our offices, in and outside of Paris, and deal more specifically with topics related to managers’ soft skills (pitches, media training, leadership, stress management, collective intelligence, etc.).
The morning conferences are held in our offices in Paris or Maisons-Alfort and dive more deeply into a specific topic (series of conferences on digital technologies, intellectual property, etc.).
